Weight loss, health and wellness….seems like everybody’s on-board like a “Save the Whales” campaign, but nobody is actually successful at truly making the commitment.


Day 5 of the third or forth time I have tried Weight Watchers. Dreading another round of “diets”, I have committed myself to using this program as a way to step into a healthier lifestyle – sans fat free food and cardboard substitutes. Fruit and veg are my saviors right now and yes, I am not a religious follower of any sect, I am praying to the almighty hippie and Hispanic gods to provide an abundance of fresh produce that holds my attention for 21 days until I get the hang of all this again.

Here’s to juicing, good black coffee (can’t give up now) and gum (addiction #2 next to coffee)!
